The Living Village Trust was set up by Bob Tomlinson and Carole Salmon in 1993 to research eco building and sustainable communities. The Trust now continues this work and applies knowledge and experience to create convivial neighbourhoods and villages. with land owners, developers and investors to deliver energy efficient building and sustainable living. Presently we are working closely with LXB Properties llp on the creation of new sustainable communities.
